You can make an appointment with Suzuki service centers in advance at any time and able to check the status of repairing while getting service. Moreover, the application also offers special privileges for redemption Suzuki premium stuff by collecting points from repairing expenses on spare parts and chemicals at Suzuki service centers nationwide.

Suzuki has a spare parts management system for supporting all Suzuki models sold in Thailand to storage spare parts no less than 10 years from the date of production ends*.

* The company aims to support spare parts for every car models for no less than 10 years from the date the production ends.

To make sure that your car can be used continuously, Suzuki have a high standard to deliver the auto parts within 24 hours for Bangkok metropolitan region and its peripheral cities, or 48 - 72 hours for other regions*.

* Except for Samui Island, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat provinces

Suzuki service centers and quality body and paint service centers with experienced technicians are located nationwide. The service centers are fully equipped with tools and technology that are non-polluting and environmentally friendly.

Conditions of receiving free periodical maintenance check fee up to 3 years or 60,000 kilometers

  1. Rights reserved for customers who download and register Hello Suzuki application only.
  2. We reserve the right only for customers who continuously receive car maintenance services (Standard periodical check of 1,000-30,000 km.) as scheduled with Suzuki service centers by changing parts and chemicals according to the recommendations in the owner manual or by evaluating the condition from the maintenance checked list.
  3. The right of free labor fee for periodical check between 40,000 - 60,000 km cannot exchange to cash, credit, or other services.
  4. Conditions are as specified by the company.

Warranty conditions

  1. A warranty covers only for genuine parts used in repair at Suzuki service centers, guaranteeing the quality of car maintenance services or any abnormalities related to the services for 1 year or 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first)

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  1. Damage as a result of modification or misuse such as for competition or overload
  2. Damage as a result of using non-genuine parts or unsold by Suzuki Motor (Thailand)
  3. Damage during shipping or transport
  4. Damage as a result of accident or consequences from accident
  5. Lack of proper maintenance including using fuel, lubricant or chemical product other than specified in “Owner manual”
  6. Expense apart from warranty such as accommodations fee, fuel, telephone bill, time losses cost, business losses cost ect.
  7. Warranty will not cover the expense from wear and tear such as wheel alignment, Tire Balance, coolant and lubricant change, filters replacement, wiper blades, fuse, LED bulb, spark plug ( exclude Iridium and platinum spark plug), brake pads, disc clutch, belts, etc.
  8. Damage as a result of disassembly, alteration or repair from non-authorized dealer
  9. Alteration of speedometer
  10. For the addition to the conditions specifically stated in this policy, will align with the specified policy in the service and warranty book.

Conditions of SUZUKI Courtesy Car Service

  1. A courtesy car will be provided to customers who are under the warranty conditions (as referred to in the Warranty and Service Record Booklet: 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first) or condition that the car is insecure to drive.
  2. Customers must have a history of periodical maintenance given continuously every 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first (as referred to in the Warranty and Service Record Booklet).
  3. The SUZUKI Courtesy Car Service will be provided to customers in case the car required a repair job more than 24 hours (Counting of the working days starts from the actual date of repair only, exclusive of the diagnosis period).
  4. A courtesy car must be returned upon completion of repairs on the date/ time as specified by the dealer. Failure to return the courtesy car on time results in a fee being charged.
  5. Conditions are as specified by the company.

Redemption Hello Suzuki points

10,000 Points used instead of cash for 200 baht (50 Points = 1 THB) can be redeemed as a discount for Suzuki Rewards only. The customers can redeem points on the Hello Suzuki Application, Such conditions cannot be refunded by cash.

Remark:

1.The customers have to redeem points for getting the rewards within 1 year by starting from the first register date of the application or within the due date of that year and next year. Otherwise, the earn points that still are the remaining (If any) will be immediately expired, and start the new earn points from the next date of the due date of that year and next year. Also, some years of reward campaign will have an expired date. The customers have to redeem the earn points for rewards within the last date of those reward lists. Otherwise, the earn points that still are the remaining (If any) will be immediately expired.

2.Redemption Hello Suzuki is limited and may change depending on the Suzuki Service Center where the points are redeemed.
