29 January 2024 – Bangkok – Suzuki Motor (Thailand) held a meeting for nationwide dealerships to announce its annual business vision for Thailand. The theme for this year’s meeting is “Enhancing the Ability to Compete in the Upcoming Automotive Market”, during which Suzuki presented its 7-year long-term business plan and organized “The Best Dealer Award 2023”. Suzuki further cemented its ambitions to boost before and after sales services in all aspects, while sustainably maintain high service quality and standard.

Mr. Tadaomi Suzuki, President of Suzuki (Thailand) informed that the objective of the annual meeting of Suzuki Dealerships 2024, which was held on 25 January 2024, was not only to announce the most important policy of Suzuki 7-year long term business plan, but to present Suzuki products with technological advancement and business directions to provide confidence among every dealership. The meeting also became a stage for all parties to work together to lay down business goals and strategies for a full success. The meeting was further aimed to incite cooperation among partners to bring about higher confidence among customers, in order for Suzuki to propel forward along with Thai consumers sustainably. Mr. Tadaomi also noted Suzuki has planned to help the Thai society achieve carbon neutrality systematically.

Although Suzuki was faced with stiff market competition in 2023, on top of the sluggish market and stricter regulations from financial institutions, Suzuki was able to maintain its sales growth at a satisfactory level, in which the total number of vehicles sold stood at 12,151 units. Apart from expressing its appreciation and gratitude to every customer, Suzuki must also extend its thanks to all of its dealerships for their hard work that brought about great success last year. Suzuki continues to give priorities to its before and after sales services, the strategy which generated an accumulated number of sales of 320,969 units since Suzuki established its business in Thailand.

Mr. Suzuki further explained that the success that Suzuki has achieved today is due not only to its high quality products and affordable pricing, but Suzuki’s commitment in providing the highest quality showrooms and service centers which are easily accessible across the nation. And for Suzuki to continue this outstanding tradition, Suzukii also organized the Best Dealer Award 2023 to honor and express its appreciation to the dealerships as well.


Mr. Wallop Treererkngam, Executive Vice President of Suzuki (Thailand), meanwhile, expressed that the Best Dealer Award is organized yearly to reiterate Suzuki’s commitment to continuously enhance every dealership’s service sector. The main aim, he said, is to elevate the service standard of all Suzuki dealerships in all aspects. The award should also help stimulate each dealership to continually improve its service quality and become a role model for others. This should be enough proof that Suzuki is ready to provide the highest satisfaction to all of its customers for their lasting trust and support in Suzuki.

Suzuki has thoroughly considered every dealership’s qualification and performance during the past year as preparation for the transition into the age of EV, as well as the readiness to further develop alongside Suzuki. The contest is set under the criteria of the best marketing presentation to maintain Suzuki’s eco car supporters amongst the transitioning into the society of EVs. Contestants brought the best in marketing strategies, after sales services and plans for success. Only 10 finalists were selected, all of which had battled it out for the first prizes of the Best of the Best and 9 Platinum winners. Furthermore, Suzuki also presented awards to the dealership with the Highest Sales in 2023 Award, Highest Satisfaction Award in the Region 2023, and the Most Efficient in Part Services 2023 Award, among others.

Through Suzuki’s ambition and commitment, Suzuki was able to generate a total sales 12,151 units in 2023 which include:

- SUZUKI SWIFT Q’ty 5,570 units

- SUZUKI CELERIO Q’ty 2,497 units

- SUZUKI CIAZ Q’ty 444 units

- SUZUKI CARRY Q’ty 2,433 units

- SUZUKI XL7 Q’ty 769 units

- SUZUKI ERTIGA Q’ty 388 unit

As for 2024, the economy is showing signs of getting back on track and with that Suzuki firmly believes that all of its high quality and well-accepted products, as well as Suzuki’s plan to present consumers with fresh and new products that can cater to every need and Suzuki’s commitment to elevate its services to provide the highest satisfaction, Suzuki will be able to reach a total sales of 12,000 units again easily in the coming year.
